This lesson has students working in groups to determine the answer. Where this lesson is not hands-on technology, it still allows the students to visually see the Smartboard.
This lesson incorporates the use of Senteo interactive response system with the Smartboard technologies. This systems is where each student can use their own handheld device to answer each question set. Also, the teacher is able to monitor who is understanding the material and who is not getting it just yet. This lesson is very hands-on for students and teachers.
This calendar activity is meant to be very interactive for students to use on a daily basis. The students are able to graph items, take attendance, maintain daily climate, and much more. The Smartboard lesson is very colorful and hands-on for each student. I think that this lesson could be used with younger children to learn computer skills as well as learn about the calendar and weather.
